I created this irregular linear birch bark pattern with a hammer and added a patina to bring out the texture.  A matte finish completes the rustic look and gives it the feel of your favorite well-worn jeans.  The edges of the ring are rounded so it is very comfortable.  It  is equally appropriate for men or women.
