What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Please contact me via e-mail within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. (Exceptions to this timeline can be made in the case of gifts.)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned.  But please contact me with any issues and we will work together to find a resolution.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

No, but the following galleries carry a selection of my work so you can see it there.

I would like to carry your jewelry in my shop, do you offer a wholesale option?

Yes, I do offer a wholesale option.

If you are interested in carrying my work in your gallery, please contact me via e-mail and tell me a bit about your business.  I do not allow my work to be sold in multiple locations that are too close to each other and I like to be sure that my work is a good fit for your shop.  If we are a good fit, I will send you a password so that you can access the wholesale section of my site.  A large portion, but not all of my pieces are available for wholesale and there is a minimum order.
