This cuff bracelet is designed so that it will not slide down your wrist onto your hand and interfere with what you are doing.  I usually find myself taking off bracelets anytime I need actually use my hands, even for simple things like typing.  But this is so comfortable that I leave it on all day and forget that it is even there.  You can change the size by simply pulling the ends apart or pushing them closer.  Yet, the silver does have some "spring" to it, so it will not lose it's shape.
